Sometimes, when we feel sadness or guilt, we just vent out our own frustrations by posting them on our respective social media accounts. Without thinking of the consequences, we just post them when something has entered in our minds.

There can be limits on how much do we express our own feelings by just a single, long post. But then, not everybody can understand what you feel. There are people out there who can share their bad experiences with you, in which it can only flame up or lengthen up the conversation. Basically, venting with your feelings is something that you are up against with somebody who is trying to bear false witnesses against you.

Otherwise, be just careful with expressing your feelings and frustrations (rants) on social media. Sometimes, it can be harmful when it hits you very hard back when you potshot right after them.
