Original JP Game was released since April 15, 2023.
Bushiroad announced via their Facebook Page that the most-awaited Global Version of the LoveLive! rhythm game, the LoveLive! School Idol Festival 2: MIRACLE LIVE!, has been delayed until February 2024.
As stated from their Facebook post:

We announced a release in 2023, but we’re facing development challenges, especially in coordinating with the JP version. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.The GL version release is now set for February 2024. We kindly ask everyone excited about this to bear with us a bit longer until the release.

The original Japanese version of SIF2 was released last April 15, 2023, in celebration of the original LoveLive! School Idol Festival video game’s 10th anniversary, which was shutdown last March 31, 2023.
