Starting immediately, after posting this update, Inori-D Station website shall no longer support or integrate Buy Me a Coffee plugin. This was due to their changes of their rules of payout.

According to the email that I have received, dated from December 4, 2021, they are no longer supporting PayPal as a payment medium. This was the team’s decision to stop PayPal support, due to the fact that some PayPal accounts of the BMC content creators have been blocked. And also, it was noted due to the high transaction fees incurred, especially if it is of a different country currency (i.e. USD to PHP, which shall incur a conversion fee upon sending the money).

BMC has provided an alternative payment method options. One is the standard payout and the other is payout via another third-party payment channels (namely Stripe). The standard payout is available in 150 countries, but the team didn’t specify which countries are eligible for earnings cashout from BMC. And finally, Stripe is only available to 40 countries, which include United States and Canada. Unfortunately, that payout option via that payment channel is currently not available in my country.
