A combination of Anime, Cosplay, Games, and Music!
Last November 2025, at SMX Convention Center Aura, I, Inori Donz, was able to attend and cover this amazing major event that happened on at least three days on its run! While I have attended only the two days of this event, this has become an another milestone for me as a media who tries to cover any single happening in this event. What a good experience!
I am one of the media partners for Philippine Game Show 2025. So then, here are some highlights that happened, though I had posted them already on my official Facebook page as a key opinion leader (KOL)!
I wasn’t able to attend the first day (Day 1) of this event, so I only managed to cover the Day 2 and Day 3 of it! So far, here are the highlights that happened!
Based from the gallery posted in my official Facebook page, it shows the entire highlights that happened! This would include:
- Dance Exhibition Game by Just Dance PH
- Cosplay Talent Showcase
- E-Sports Games Tournaments (PUBG, Project Sekai)
- Ultimate Idol Solo and Group Finals
- Performances of Local and Japanese Idols (including Marika Kohno)
- Happenings in the Meet and Greet Rooms (i.e. Interview and Q&As)
- World Cosplay Summit Philippines Finals
Also, I have managed to take my shot, and I asked the guest Cosplayer, Akaei Ray, some single question about her Cosplay! You can check out my latest Hobby Talking Episode (ep. 25) to find out!
However, I didn’t manage to cover some other performances by other performers, due to the fact that I am only alone, while there are some moments and happenings within the event that is happening somewhere. But then, I am able to get access to the Meet and Greet Room, where I am able to see the Japanese voice actress, Marika Kohno, talking to her fans. The coverage of some Q&As will be tackled on a separate post!
And also, I did some one on one interviews with some indie Vtubers during on the Day 3 of this event.
This also included my selfies with the guests, including the mascot characters of the event itself!

Overall, this event is memorable, and it has finally captured my mutual interests when it comes to Anime, Cosplay, Games, and Music! And all I can say that a combination of Japanese and Pinoy cultures can be awesome as ever! And so then, this is all I can give as my event report post!
About Philippine Game Show
Philippine Game Show (abbrev. PGS) is a major convention event organized by MQLIVE and CBZN Perspective, who is known in organizing some other bigger events in the Philippines — within in the line of video gaming and other sports and entertainment industry.
The first event, Philippine Game Show 2025 (abbrev. PGS 2025) was made at SMX Convention Center Aura, at Taguig City, Metro Manila on November 14 until 16, 2025.
This event have featured several guests, talents, and artists, within in the line of multihobby sectors — Anime, Cosplay, Games, and Music. Also, they had featured guests from Japan and overseas, which including several Japanese idol groups, Cosplayers, and even the popular Japanese seiyuu (voice actress), Marika Kohno.
And also, this is the event where they had hosted the finals of the World Cosplay Summit Philippines, and whoever wins will represent Philippines for the World Cosplay Summit 2026, to be held at Nagoya, Japan.
Inori Donz is one of the media partners who covered this event for the first time.
