[PH] EVENT REPORT: Cosplay Street (2025)

It was done last September 12-14, 2025, at Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces.

Cosplay Street (2025) is an Anime convention social event organized by Nexar Entertainment (NexGEnt Entertainment Production). It was done last September 12-14, 2025, at Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces, at Quezon City, Philippines.

Cosplay Street was originally organized as a free admission event, also on the same venue, last August 3-4, 2024. But this year, this Anime-related social event was a paid admission event. Originally, it shall be held on an another venue within Fairview Terraces. However, due to some renovations and other inconveniences, it ended up being held in the activity center instead, where some events are usually in free-admission. The reason why it is paid event this time is due to the lineup of Guest Cosplayers, as well as some other expenses when it comes to booth rentals by people and exhibitors.

Cosplay Street invited some guest Cosplayers and performers, both low and high-tier people, which would include Raiel as their event host, Charess, Maki Satoru, and Rize, and some featured Cosplayers from Gank PH. NexGEnt has also invited some featured J-Rock cover bands, idols, and performers, and has collaborated with an another event organizer, the Idol Rock Pro.

There are more than 20 booths and exhibitors to browse and to look within Cosplay Street. Cosplayers and Con-Goers can browse different selection of Anime-related goods and merch, which would include some popular mainstream Anime and other media, namely from KPop Demon Hunters.

Also, the event was originally to be on the September 13-14 slot. However, they also announced that the event will be expanded to September 12-14 slots. The September 12 was called as DAY ZERO, while the 13 and 14 of September was called as DAY ONE and DAY TWO, respectively. DAY ZERO is basically all games and other hobbies, which would include contests and competitions, namely from Umamusume: Pretty Derby and other games, like Beyblade X and other trading card games. As myself who covered this event, I had only covered the DAY ONE and DAY TWO of this event.

There are also mini-games and other entertainment for people to enjoy while waiting for that program or segment to come to place. Most likely, there are auctions for Anime-related goods and merchandise.

So then, NexGEnt has pulled an awesome event here, despite its unwanted technical difficulties. While they will be laying low in a while, it seems that they are ready to organize an another Cosplay Street event, perhaps, on the next year. Be sure to stay tuned at their page, if they are going to pull an another awesome event next year.

I, Inori Donz, am proud to be one of the media partners of this event. This will be marking my first event coverage, while debuting myself as a “media partner” in some social events for the very first time.
