Review
Review time! Let’s see what insights I had found.

To continue where it left off, Frieren and others plan a strategy on how to defeat her own clone in a boss room. Basically, it has reminded me on how to prepare for a boss battle, where necessary preparations are needed, like adjustments in party, items, equipment, and more. But then, I had figured this out already, during at the previous Episode, where Wirbel’s party is battling against their own clones. So, it is quite obvious that it can really happen during this Episode.

For the story plot and pace, it is quite slower than usual. After the 15 minute mark, it then shifted to the past tense time and convos again, especially when Frieren talks to Serie. That part did really eat out the remaining 10 minutes there, and the Episode just ended without any resolve. Now that’s the most disappointing part, for me.

The Great Mage Serie.

Sometimes, we can be stronger, in terms of skills and everything. But then, without using our minds, then we are totally exposing our own weakness, and you know what that means, right? You can learn from the insights later at the end of this review!

Overall, this Episode can be average and intense. However, I just don’t really like on how did it end because the minutes are wasted due to the flashback convos. And that what makes me lose patience.

My Rating: AVERAGE (3.3/5)

Review Rating Summary and Breakdown

Story: (2/5) – Story pacing and plot progression is slow again as usual. However, the second part of the Episode was filled with flashback convos, thus making the Episode end without resolve, somehow.
Animation: (4/5) – Somehow, the animation is just good. And as well as identifying Frieren’s weakness, then it’s an another character development.
Insights: (4/5) – All people have their own weaknesses. And sometimes, our own strengths can be our weaknesses. It is better to take advantage to these in order to succeed and win, or to fail and lose otherwise.
