Who are those Kaiju Eugenicists?

Episode Overview
As the crew has successfully defeated their first enemy Kaiju, Gauma has given them some sort of spoilers about on why Kaijus appear, and who controls them. The Dynazenon Robot can actually split into parts, and they can shrunk down into ‘action figure’ like sizes. As they are ready to face a whole new battle, they encountered the four mysterious men in front of them. Are they the Kaiju Eugenicists that Gauma is talking about?
Episode Review
Somehow, this Episode will eventually focus more on people who were about to control further Dynazenon’s feature powers. As said earlier in the Episode overview, Dynazenon can split into parts. And when shrunk, they turn into action figure-like sizes!
These parts can actually combine, and they can form many possible combinations, with just combining at least two of these Dynazenon parts.
I am just wondering if the ‘Hyper Agent’ was really the one who sent Dynazenon to Gauma in order to use him to defeat powerful Kaijus that would try to threaten the world. But then, this one is a mystery, and those Kaiju Eugenicists that also appeared are also a mystery. What was their purpose on controlling and manipulating these Kaijus? Somehow, I am getting a glimpse of seeing another giant robot mecha story that has made me amazed in the past 15 years.
Well, this Episode has made me to watch another Episode, and they don’t even include previews of what is going to happen next time.

And also, the character design of Juuga is based from Masayoshi Oishi, the singer of the Anime’s opening theme song. In his Tweet, he said that he wanted to be just like Hiroshi Kamiya, the one who is voicing Juuga.
Series Info
SSSS.DYNAZENON is the second installment of the SSSS Project, known as the Gridman Universe Series by Tsuburaya Productions, and some other collaborative companies like TRIGGER, an animation studio. It is loosely based from Tsuburaya Production’s GRIDMAN The Hyper Agent since year 1993, and the second series after SSSS.GRIDMAN.
The first Episode was aired in Japan TV networks and some on-demand streaming sites since April 2, 2021.
