Please, save Keke!

Their school finals are over, and Keke Tang finally goes back to her hometown in China, at Shanghai. Review
Definitely, the first part of the arc. Review time!

Finally, we have arrived at a story arc, in which it was remained a mystery from the previous two seasons. Keke Tang is a mystery character, where her character was never truly resolved in the previous two seasons. You know why? Of course, the talk over with a phone conversation shall be the conflict here, in which it was only sneaked around the previous two seasons of this Anime. And Sumire can be the only girl who could even know about Keke’s movements, especially when she is bit talking about Keke’s plan to return to Shanghai, if she didn’t get any results from her School Idol activities.

So then, a minor contextual spoiler. We will get to know a mysterious girl that turns out to be Keke Tang’s sister! And as usual, they were both Chinese (obvious!).

Mengmeng Tang is surely mysterious when it comes to tricking the girls.

About one-thirds of the Episode was basically a warm-up, where it is basically leading to an another story arc, where it is basically Keke Tang’s Episode! So then, let’s get straight to the review part!

It turns out that the plan was really to lure the girls into places where Shanghai has the most prettiest spots everywhere. Definitely not the reason why they should really go to that place to find her, but to visit some places where it is definitely memorable. It is a matter or fact that visiting a place or spot first before going to something important is somehow a priority first before you do anything else. Was it right?

So then, we will get to know more about Keke Tang’s sister well — definitely not on this Episode, but the next one!

Keke is shining bright when she performs.

So far, I do not even consider it as good because what I am just seeing are just seemed to be incomplete. But then, I just hope that everything shall be resolved soon in the next part or Episode. And also, I noted some little fanservice here, on a scene where Natsumi and some other girls are staying on a pool hotel. Shiki is somehow showing her “sexy gravure” relaxing pose on an inflated rubber float (Thank you spoilers).

Plot progression? Maybe an average this time. My insight for this Episode can be a poor one for me to give. But who knows that it might be higher on the next Episode?

Overall, definitely an average.

My Rating: AVERAGE (3/5)

Review Rating Summary and Breakdown

Story: (3/5) – While the one-thirds of the story is seemingly a “warm-up”, the remaining shall be the actual Episode proper. It was wasted by means of little fan services and other witty moments, before even reaching to the main conflict itself.
Animation: (4/5) – Yep, just right. Shiki’s relaxing pose is really teasing, and I don’t know why.
Insights: (2/5) – If we have something to do, while in a place filled with exciting moments, it is better to do those exciting things first before heading into our plans. Basically, heading to our “objective” while in the middle of exciting events and other activities shall be our “main event” to wrap them up. Quite thrilling at some point, right? Basically, a weaker insight for me, so yeah.
