Review
Review time, isn’t it? Let’s start!

First of all, I had nothing to comment with its story, since the format is obviously having no plot after all. And this would be applying to ALL future Nijiyon Episodes, to note.

For the others, like animation, I am really amazed with the variety of animation styles, such as turning these girls into tough, badass looking ladies. Let’s say that their costumes were based from their recent Nijigasaki live performance. The rest are just history. All girls out there are equally cute, in terms of their facial expressions and other mannerisms!

So then, it is really good to see these “minimalistic” girls to do their usual, cute School Idol stuff with style again. And somehow, it is really the road leading to their upcoming movie in summer. It is just really giving us some taste on what’s gonna happen next in the upcoming movie trilogy series. But for now, I just have to focus on what’s happening here.

Overall, the three Episodes really entertained me, despite that the story is really zero to one. But then, for me, situational comedy has lots of possibilities, so I can’t just rely on its story alone. And for the insights, you can read at the end of this review!

My Rating: AVERAGE (2.7/5)

Review Rating Summary and Breakdown

Story: (1/5) – Story has no plot at all.
Animation: (4/5) – Really like the minimalistic animations, especially the Gundam that is really used at the second Episode.
Insights: (3/5) – From the first Episode, even though that we have different paths, but have the same goal, the ending is just really we will be together in the end, fighting one common struggle or hardships.
