EPISODE OVERVIEW
In this Episode, they are training daily and mastering the powers of Dynazenon to fight off future Kaijus.
And one day, Sizumu entered their school, making himself as a transfer student. He can also conversate with Yume and Yomogi about the things on how did Gauma used to be their ally in the past 5,000 years. And due to overtimed work and school, Yomogi suddenly became sick.
They later encountered a Kaiju that turns any object into a 2D object. Its powers can flatten any object, whether lengthwise or widthwise.
Since Yomogi is quite sick and can’t fight, will Chise be able to pull off the battle with the crew against the Kaiju?
EPISODE REVIEW
Episode Four is kind of bit bored, compared to the previous Episodes before. Since most of the time, about 70% of the scenes are more of pure dialogue. And you can be more of a sleepy person who waits on when those explosive action scenes will come out.
This Episode also enumarates the things that the Dynazenon crew have. Yume wants to meet someone and wants to talk about the things that happened to her sister. Koyomi is kind of slacking off and he is just waiting for a job interview. Chise is just slacking around, like Koyomi, and she plays and sleeps. And for Gauma, he is just making the crew master the Dynazenon unit, in which they are always ready for a Kaiju attack.
The Kaiju in this Episode is more of defense type, instead of offense. It uses its powers to turn any objects into a 2D object, whether widthwise or lengthwise. And it got a sample when Dynazenon uses missiles against it, only to be flattened by the Kaiju’s powers.
Overall, this Episode can be a boring or an exciting (explosive) one.

SERIES INFO
SSSS.DYNAZENON is the second installment of the SSSS Project, known as the Gridman Universe Series by Tsuburaya Productions, and some other collaborative companies like TRIGGER, an animation studio. It is loosely based from Tsuburaya Production’s GRIDMAN The Hyper Agent since year 1993, and the second series after SSSS.GRIDMAN.
The first Episode was aired in Japan TV networks and some on-demand streaming sites since April 2, 2021.
