Media Partnership

It's time to showcase your social event!

Inori Donz can be a media partner or KOL (key opinion leader) in some social events, whether inside or outside Anime and Cosplay. By selecting or inviting me as a media in your events, I will agree with your terms, so does as yours will be agreeing to my terms.

Media partnership will include the coverage of a social event, posting on social media about the event, and the taking of photos and videos during the duration of the event. Read more by clicking or tapping either of the buttons below.

Proposal

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Inori Donz as a Media Partner. I am passionate about supporting events, creators, and brands by providing media exposure, promotion, and creative coverage across my platforms.

My goal is to build mutually beneficial partnerships that will amplify visibility, and to bring values to your events or campaigns.

Why Partnership With Me?

By partnering with Inori Donz, your event or organization will gain access to: A growing and engaged online audience, a consistent content promotion before, during, and after your event. I can also produce professional coverage and high-quality media outputs, and authentic and positive brand exposure.

Partnership Options

Mutual Media Partnership

It is a collaboration focused on mutual promotion and brand visibility.

I can provide pre-event announcements and social media promotions, on-site media coverages, post-event recap and highlights (both photo and video), and consistent tagging and mention of your event across our platforms.

In return, you will request official recognition as “Media Partner” on event materials and posts, and the access and ability to cover the event. You will be tagging me, Inori Donz, in your promotions. Also, you will provide official event materials, including your logo, press kit, and other details.

Mutual Media Partnership is perfect for community events, conventions, pageants, and local collaborations.

Paid Partnership

This is for organizers who are seeking wider reach and full media coverage.

Package will include dedicated pre-event social media posts (3-5 posts), professional on-site photo and/or video coverage, livestream (if applicable) or event highlight video *, post-event recap article and feature content, and boosted ad-campaign (optional).

* Will not be doing SDE (same-day edit) videos due to limitations of device portability.

Partnership Fee: PHP 3,500 – 5,000
(Rates may vary depending on event size and coverage requirements)

Deliverables:

20 or more event photos
1-2 short-form videos or reels
1 feature article or post-event recap
Cross-posting and promotion to Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms available

Terms and Guidelines

The contents must be representing both brands professionally and positively. I, Inori Donz, as a Media Partner, will coordinate with the organizers and staff for event access and coverage.

A 50% down payment is required prior to the event for paid partnerships.

For raw media (both photo and video deliverables), it will be available to organizers upon request, but may incur additional charges (applicable to Mutual Media Partnerships only).

All published materials will include proper credit and logo placement.

By agreeing to media partnership terms, all published materials will be subjected to Inori Donz’s Photo and Video Consent Policy. I will reserve right to terminate partnerships with clients if there is a misunderstanding or disagreement with both parties about the terms posted above.
